Ambassador LEE Joon-gyu
Ambassador Lee Joon-gyu had served for almost 38 years as a career diplomat until 6 December 2015 when he officially retired. He came back in October 2015 from India after serving as Ambassador to India from September 2012 to October 2015, during which Korea-India bilateral relationship has been upgraded to ‘Special Strategic Partnership’.
He completed his Bachelors and Masters in Law from Seoul National University in 1976 and 1978 respectively. He passed the High Diplomatic Service Examination and joined the MOFA in 1978. He has served in the Korean Permanent Observer Mission to the UN in New York and as Director, Planning and Research Division, Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS), MOFA.
He has also worked in the Korean Embassies in Malaysia, Japan, China. While serving as Consul-General in the Embassy in Beijing, he successfully handled North Korean refugees matters, thereby sent, through negotiations with Chinese government, almost 1,000 refugees who jumped into his office. He worked as Deputy Director-General, Asian and Pacific Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT), Director-General of Overseas Koreans and Consular Affairs Bureau, later as Ambassador for Overseas Koreans and Consular Affairs, MOFAT. He was Ambassador to New Zealand from September 2006 to February 2009.
Before he came to India as an Ambassador, he was Chancellor of the IFANS which is a training and research arm of MOFAT. Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry(FICCI) appointed him as an Honorary Adviser in December 2015. He is married with a son and a daughter.

Mr. Dilip K. Sundaram, President, Mahindra, Korea
Dilip Sundaram is currently the President of Mahindra Korea as well as the Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Ssangyong Motors. In addition to managing the Finance function, Dilip also managed the Investor Relations and the IT functions.
Dilip joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2010 as a Senior Global Strategy and Operations Executive at their Corporate HQ in Mumbai, India. Prior to moving to India, Dilip was the Managing Director of Asia Pacific - New Business for ArvinMeritor, a $7.5 Billion Tier 1 automotive supplier. Dilip has worked for ArvinMeritor, United Technologies Corporation, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Dilip earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Calcutta University graduating with Honors. He is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He received his MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester.

Mr. Kyung Roh(KR) Yoon, President, Global Talent Management Institute
Mr. KR Yoon is currently the President of Global Talent Management Institute (GTMI), which is a non-profit organization specialized in developing global talents, global competencies, and executive coaching. He also serves as the Co-president of the Korean Society of Training and Development, and the Special Advisory Professor at the Hanyang University based in Seoul.
KR has worked across a broad spectrum of industries throughout Korea and Asia Pacific. Whilst working for the one of the largest global chemical companies, DuPont, KR successfully held the HR Development Director, and the HR Director roles for the Asia Pacific Region for 22 years. He was responsible for talent management, developing local leaders, and managing HR and HRD functions covering 15 countries with over 10,000 employees for 22 years.
KR has been invited as a key note speaker to various HR conferences. His contribution to the HR and HRD industry in Korea, has won him high praise, appreciation and industry awards (KR was the "Best CHO of the Year", awarded by the Korean HRD Association in 2012, and the "Special Contributor of Action Learning", awarded by the Global Forum in the same year)
